진짜 어이가없네요.
하루하루 다 제값내고 숙박중인데 장기숙박이라고 수건을 안준다는 건 무슨 정책인가요? 더군다나 두 달 가까이 지내면서 고자받은 적도 없고 계속 주다가 갑자기 오늘 정책상 줄 수 없다는게 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 참나 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 물이랑 청소야 연박하면 안해준다 쳐도 수건 안주는 호텔이 어디있나? .. 연박을하나 하루하루 체크인체크아웃하나 어차피 같은 돈 내고 숙박하는데 오히려 장기숙박을 제값내고 하면 바라지도 않지만 서비스는 더 못해줄망정.. 수건까지 못준다고하니 어이가 없네 ㅋㅋㅋ

제 값 다 내고 몇 달 지내는 중인데.. 직원들이 정말 문제가 많습니다. 저가형 호텔이니 시트교체나 정비에 추가 비용드는 것도 이해하고 심지어 시트 비용을 내고도 시트를 직접 갈아야 하는 것까지도 이해하겠는데, 매번 직원마다 교육이 안되서 고지 비용이 다르고, 처음에는 무조건 본인이 시트 교체해야된다더니 자기들 조금 불편하면 시트를 교체해 주겠다고 갑자기 선심쓰듯 하고.. 일관성이 있어야지요. 그리고 시트를 교체해주는 것도 아니고 시트만 가져다 주는 건데 몇 시간 안으로 가져다 준다는 건 뭔 막걸리 같은 경우지.. 에효.. 호텔 자체는 나쁘지 않은데 진심 여기 직원들 시스템 보면 진짜 ...

The hotel is self-check-in, there is no help if you need it. One night the fire alarm went off but no fire truck came and no one from the hotel told us what was going on! ! The good thing is that you can see Halla Mountain from the rooftop, which is very beautiful at sunrise. It is very convenient to take the bus to other attractions, such as Seogwipo Daily Olle Market (near downstairs), Cheonjiyeon Waterfall, Bird Island New Bridge, Longtou Coast, Yakcheon Temple, Daepo Juzhangjili Belt (20-40 minutes). There is nothing to see in Shanjunbuli, just a large area of golden grass. Generally speaking, if you don't have any requirements, it's fine.
